2025 Note - I based this off the Mom Test, written by a fellow YC founder. Interestingly enough - if you look at the products I build (Pebble, Beeper) I barely ever actually use this framework. Instead, I tend to build products that I myself want and hope that other people are close enough to me that they will also want it.
